11:11 R.A.D. is a 30 minute yoga HIIT variation for you and a partner or for your individual use. We infuse 4 palindrome high/low rounds of traditional cardio or plyometric highs and yoga asana lows with 11 sun salutations per workout. This workout will give you maximum fat burn results for those of you with little time at home that like the accountability of a partner.
